Crypto Soccer – Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Definitions

  • Game / Platform: The website, APIs and any software under the cryptosoccer.io domain that provide the “Crypto Soccer” experience.
  • User: A natural person who creates an account or interacts with the Game.
  • CS Pass: An optional benefit unlocked by manually sending a crypto-asset transaction to an official address published by Crypto Soccer. There is no Crypto Soccer smart contract and no wallet connection to the site. The transaction serves solely as a cryptographic proof of participation.
  • Crypto-asset(s): Digital assets recorded on a distributed ledger without intermediaries (e.g., Bitcoin, Monero).
  • Applicable Law: The mandatory rules of the User’s jurisdiction, without prejudice to clause 14.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing or using the Game—even free of charge—the User confirms having read, understood and accepted these Terms and any updates published in the same section. If the User disagrees, they must refrain from using the Platform.

3. Eligibility

  • Age of majority: The User declares they are 18 years old or the higher legal age in their country.
  • Local compliance: The User confirms that local laws allow interaction with crypto-assets and skill-based games.
  • Self-custody: The User accepts the risks of private keys and price volatility.
  • Single account: Multiple accounts, bots or automation are prohibited.

4. Game Mechanics

Points generate XP and unlock ranks: Rookie → Amateur → Pro → Veteran → Legend. Each rank improves CS Pass discounts and adds in-game perks.

Additionally, users can earn points by referring new players, with a limit of 10 successful referrals per calendar month.

5. Badges

  • Easy (7): First prediction, 100 pts, first trivia, etc.
  • Medium (6): 5-win streak, 500 pts, 3 exact scores, etc.
  • Hard (8): 10-win streak, 1,000 pts, 10 exact scores, 30-day log-in streak, etc.

Earning all 8 Hard Badges in the same season grants a free CS Pass for the next season. All Badges are soul-bound (non-transferable).

6. CS Pass (Voluntary Unlock)

  • Duration: 1 season of 60 days.
  • Procedure: The User completes a payment equivalent to 27 USD through the available methods.
  • Network fees: The User bears the full gas/fee of their transaction.
  • Perks:
    • 2× points multiplier
    • 3 daily shots in Penalty Pixel
    • 4 prediction edits per match
    • Exclusive Badges
    • Access to the Legend Circle upon reaching 1,000 XP
  • No refunds.

7. Legend Circle

Five on-chain draws every month among Legends:

  • USD 100 in BTC
  • USD 100 in XMR
  • 100 CS Runes
  • Ordinal NFT – Edition A
  • Ordinal NFT – Edition B

Maximum one prize per Legend per month. Winners and TXIDs are published in a verifiable repository. Prizes unclaimed after 14 days are forfeited. Taxes are the winner’s responsibility.

8. Crypto-asset Transfers

  • Full self-custody: Crypto Soccer never controls User funds.
  • Address verification: The User is solely responsible for the recipient address.
  • No fee reimbursement: Each User pays their own network fees.

    • Please note: The Legend Circle raffles are a promotional launch feature and are guaranteed to run monthly until one month after the conclusion of Season 7. Crypto Soccer reserves the right to modify or conclude the raffle program after this date.

9. Fair Play

Bots, scripts, multiple accounts and collusion are prohibited. Violations may lead to point cancellation, account closure and/or address bans. Crypto Soccer is a skill game, not gambling or a lottery.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

  • Minimal signup: Only a username is mandatory. Email and wallet address are optional and requested solely to deliver prizes.
  • Restricted access: Optional data is visible only to administrators.
  • No data sales.
  • Account deletion: Users may delete their account at any time via Settings > Delete Account.

11. Changes

These Terms may be updated for technical or legal reasons. New versions take effect upon publication in this same Terms and Conditions page. Continued use signifies acceptance.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Experimental software: Outages or exploits may occur.
  • Maximum liability: The nominal value of the relevant prize.
  • No warranties: The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”.

13. No Advice

Nothing herein constitutes financial, legal or tax advice. Crypto-assets are volatile; Users act at their own risk.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Jurisdiction neutrality: Crypto Soccer is a borderless protocol.
  • Direct negotiation: Parties will attempt to resolve conflicts in good faith.
  • International arbitration: Absent agreement, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration before the Digital Arbitration Court, in English, seated virtually.
  • Class-action waiver: Users agree to litigate individually.

15. Severability

If any clause is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms will remain in force.
